Here are 10 things that may be new to you going into 2022!

The Silo Boutique expanded to Downtown Grand Forks in September! The boutique’s first location is in Warren, MN, and now is also on S 3rd Street next to River Cities Jewelers! They have women’s clothing, accessories, and even candy and jerky! We are so excited they made downtown Grand Forks their second home!

4. Hugo’s Pure Market

Hugo’s Pure Market is a new mixed-use development that is home to a grocery store, liquor store, apartment complex, and a bank! A grocery store was a much-needed amenity for our downtown residents and Hugo’s fits in perfectly! Did you know, the corner that this new building sits on was Hugo’s first original location?

5. Bd Light Poles

If you’re driving down Demers Ave, you may see some unique-looking poles on the sidewalks! The City of Grand Forks and local artist, Bd, added these artistic light poles downtown. Did you notice each light is slightly different? The cutouts that appear to meander through the tube represent the ever-changing Red River.
