Join us on an ethnic cuisine-centered excursion celebrating culture and talent!
An initiative of the City of Grand Forks Welcoming Community Roadmap, Cooking Up Culture pairs a local resident with a local restaurant to hold a chef-hosted dinner sharing the foods of their countries of origin.
The event is a creation in true collaborative partnership between UND’s Nonprofit Leadership Program and Blue Weber from Grand Forks Downtown Development Association and is sponsored by Blue Moose, Rhombus Guys Brewing Company, Sky’s, Ely’s Ivy, the City of Grand Forks, Archives Coffee House, and the Greater Grand Forks Convention and Visitors Bureau.
