Deanna “Dee” Decimus is the owner of All Embracing Home Care, LLC (AEHC). With more than 12 years of experience with in home care support, she has held numerous positions prior to starting AEHC, including Caregiver, Care Manager, Memory Care Lead, Memory Care Coordinator and Manage Care Coordinator. Dee has her Master’s Degree in Administration from the University of New Mexico and her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from St. Cloud State University. She has a passion for her community and volunteering with her church. Outside of work she is originally from Roseau, MN and has 2 beautiful daughters who keep her very busy.

Brock Amundson is a Grand Forks Native currently in his last semester at UND studying Entrepreneurship. Studying Entrepreneurship has allowed him to launch an HVAC business, CleanCoil. Brock was awarded 1st place in the 2019 Red River Valley Business Plan Competition and took home the Golden Phone Award when he presented his business concept over the phone to a Venture Capitalist.
