Please join me for a fun night of hands on cookie decorating. In this beginner class, I will walk you step by step on how to decorate these adorable Christmas cookies. In this 2.5 hour class, we will cover the following...
-Cookie baking and royal icing basics. (All cookies and icing will be prepared for you ahead of time)
-When and how to use royal icing consistencies
-Piping with tipless bags
-Flood, outline and detail techniques for cookies
-Creating dimension with icing layers
-Wet on wet icing technique
-Utilizing royal icing transfers
All supplies needed to decorate and take your cookies home will be provided.
All sales are final due to the preparation needed for this class. If you are unable to attend the class, you may sell or transfer your ticket to a friend . I would ask that you let me know ahead of time so I can update the attendee list.
