Grand Rides is Greater Grand Forks’ FREE community bike share program! Grand Rides was originally launched by several community partners in 2019 and was managed by a national company. In 2020, COVID turned the world upside down and Grand Forks was faced with the decision to keep bike share or see it go. This is when the DDA took over Grand Rides’ operations! Since then, the program has seen huge successes and manages 60 bikes across the Grand Forks and East Grand Forks area! For details on how to start your first ride, click here!
Thank you to our sponsors!
2024 Stats:

“Using the Grand Rides bikes has made my life super easy. I love that you can park them anywhere as long as you take a picture of where they are left. Without them I would be walking to work so it saves me on my short commute but sure helps me out a lot. The basket on the front is nice too, I’m often bringing food home and it’s nice to not have to carry it on the side.”
