This 5K run/walk aims to celebrate second chances. This run/walk welcomes all. If you are fast, good for you. If it will be a struggle to walk the 3.1 miles, we want you to join us as well.

Our goal is to strengthen families and communities by promoting the benefits of prevention, treatment and recovery for mental health and substance abuse. And one of the greatest ways to battle addiction, substance abuse, and recovery from mental health issues is through positive addiction. So come one, come all and experience the positive benefits of community and running and walking!

1st 100 participants will receive a SWAG bag with a bracelet and a t-shirt.

All proceeds from this event will go to support the Rally for Recovery Grand Forks - a community organization that hosts events to promote and celebrate recovery from substance use and mental illness.
